We’re so lucky to have Annie who will guide a 60-minute yin-style class, following a yin style. Yin is a slow practice where poses are held for longer to get deeper access into the body, unlocking greater mobility in the joints and the muscles. Start your weekend with Annie’s yin class to help you heal and nourish your body.
Tickets are £10, and the class begins promptly at 9 am on Saturday 13th January.
